• Rising to the occasion with help from friends and family.

Last night was an example of overcoming obstacles. Vince was tending to some tough family matters in Florida. So we send our best wishes to him and Sharon. The fun part was having Rod's Mrs. Tracy and his life-long friend, Dave Johnson, fill in on bass and guitar respectively. We covered a lot of blues, rock and pop classics. Tracy laid down a smoky rendition of Bright Lights Big City. David laid down some tasty leads and sang some fun songs from Otis Redding to BTO. David had his entourage of family and friends in attendance including his wife and son. There was a great turn out of Rod's fan club along with Jenny, Scott, Mary, Ernie, Joe, Heather, James and his girlfriend along with his sister and brother-in-law. We even had some of James' military friends in attendance. The ever-bubbly Tara and friends even made an appearance. Great fun under unusual circumstances. Thank you all.
